About Me
Julia and I currently live in Waldbronn, at the north tip of the Black Forest. I spend most of my days (except weekends) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, working as a post-doc in the Institute for Photonics and Quantum Electronics, in a group that mostly deals with OFDM transmission. Almost all our projects currently deal with OFDM application in access networks. Before coming to Karlsruhe, I got my PhD at the Technical University of Berlin on the topic of cross-polarization modulation.
When I’m not working, I’m either photographing or sorting / post-processing photos, and if there’s time I’ll play a bit on the old computer. However, there seems to be less and less time for that lately...
Various pieces of additional information about me are scattered all over the Internet...
